It is generally recommended to spot clean only using some soapy water, but if you must wash the entire blanket here are some guidelines:
- Use a detergent made for wool or gentle fabrics (we love the Soak Unscented Handwash Soap)
- Wash in cold water on a gentle spin cycle
- Do not put in the dryer
- Wring out or roll up the item to remove excess moisture
- Hang or lay flat to dry. Excessively wet items will need to be flat to dry.
- Avoid direct sunlight
